Magic Wheelchair: R3-J SpeederbikeIn December 2019 through early 2020 We lead a cross-continental team designing & assembling the R3-J Swoop, this is a fully functional accessibility chair, based around the terrific Bowhead Reach, we worked tirelessly for 6 weeks from design to delivery in Nashville, inspired by the Zephyr-J seen in The Mandalorian TV Series this chair is fully motor driven and can traverse steep inclines at speed, there is a lot of different disciplines involved from metal bashing through to foam coat EPS & 3D Printing, we also designed and assembled the integrated Sound & electronics system to bed the design further and make it a truly memorable experience for out kiddo Jacob
Qi'Ra Cape ClaspThis was an interesting project although a simple part i really wanted to maintain the high quality jewelry aesthetic of the part, it was Laser-cut from 3mm Brass and hand polished, the top slot was then filled with black resin just below flush so to create a meniscus effect and match the original prop, this was delivered to customers in a custom jewelry box to make it a complete experience Available in our webstore - Buy Now

Millennium Falcon - Panel InstalationI Sourced equipment and materiels to securly mount the Cockpit panels flush as well as completing the instalation which had a requirement to be removed for safe transport, Custom Drill Jigs were made to rebate the Beams for a Flush Fit Fixing to be installed.

Millennium Falcon - Nav ChairsThe Original Falcon featured modified Martin Baker Ejection seats, Using Diagrams and Screen references a 3D Drawing for manufacture was made including a set of over 30 dimensioned drawings this was delivered to a local metal working firm who under took the work under my direction with the final detailing (rivets, greeblies, paint & accessories) performed by me.

Millennium Falcon - Nav Chairs & Nav ComputerHere the working NAV Computer can be seen (top), and the second NAV Chair, the NAV Chair headrest was constructed using a new pioneering technique to help form the shape, A Rapid FDM prototype serves as the base for the metal to be formed over and up to to ensure the correct curves and proportions are maintained from the design intent, this ensured the design was kept simple and therfore economic in cost and time asthere was less complex work for the contractor to undertake.

Thor Ragnarok Replica Disks & Belt BuckleOn Commission I was tasked to recreate the Shoulder Disks and Belt buckle from the 2017 Film Thor Ragnarok, the Items were designed in Solidworks, printed as masters in SLA (3D Print) Cleaned up and Molded, they were then cast in an Aluminium & Brass Mix to match the original prop tone. The items were then polished to reveal the metal finish and chalk weathered, Painted & Sealed to match the original props.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Replica - Functional Kylo Ren Saber ClipAs an active member of the costume community I decided to create a functional replica of the original saber clip costume prop, due to my engineering background I managed to deconstructed the functional nature and intent of the original from references and re designed an accurate replica, the final drawings were prototyped in FDM and sent to a local Machine Ship for cutting, the final assembled parts are strong durable and 100% Functional
Avengers: Black Widow Bites This commission I was asked to recreate Black Widow's "Widow Bites" from the 2012 Summer Hit, the part was designed from visual reference and printed as a single SLA Master, the items were then molded with the 3mm holes as shut off holes using Silicone coated Enameled wire this was removed prior to de-mold and returned for the next pull, they were then threaded through using 3mm Black Elastic and Bonded in the center of one "Bite" to ensure a continuous seamless look
